Poor Culture, not a good work life balance, was (when I was there) a Toxic environment. Would rather hire a manager that's a clueless idiot with MBA than promote someone from within that actually understands the products. The MBO quarterly bonus is a nice idea, but poorly executed. If sales / revenue numbers not met for that quarter, all the extra work (and it can be a lot, as it has to be over and above your job) gets you nothing. - And if you decide not to do the extra work, as you don't want to participate in the MBO's then that can be used against you in your review.

Management out dated and out of touch. Many rounds of restructuring in the past 2yrs. There have been many layoffs this year. Increased processes with less resources. Unstainable work environment.
