Pros

Some employees are supportive and collaborative, but this is entirely at the peer level rather than driven by management.

Cons

Very Low Salary Growth – Employees rarely receive raises, even after years of service and increased responsibilities. No Recognition or Appreciation – Hard work often goes unnoticed, and contributions are not valued or rewarded. Lack of Management Support – Direct management provides little to no support, leaving employees to figure things out on their own. Top Management Disconnect – Senior leadership shows no genuine concern for employees or the company’s broader mission. Decisions often feel profit-driven without regard for staff well-being. Toxic Favoritism – Advancement opportunities are based more on favoritism than merit. Dedicated employees are overlooked while select individuals get preferential treatment. Poor Morale – The lack of support, recognition, and fair pay creates a discouraging work environment, leading to high turnover and low employee engagement.

Pros

The pay was decent, at best. They offered a Pay-for-performance bonus that was GREAT at one time, but hampered by poorly maintained systems that actively prevented analysts from making their bonuses.

Cons

Management is the Reconciliation department was worse than laughable. The supervisors were as ignorant as they come, and wildly unqualified for the positions they held. The supervisors reached MAGA-level ignorance towards the last few months I was there. Their health insurance used to be great, but they changed that as well in favor of plans that covered very little. I'm glad to be done with the terrible management in Reconciliation.
