      Omnicell is going through a major digital transformation to be more Software centric and SaaS/subscription based provider. It's a great place (and time) to learn, and help build next-generation bleeding edge technology and applications.

      Cons

      Change is hard, and sometimes frustrating when it's not clear why the changes are made and how it directly impacts me and my career. Rationale behind the organizational changes need to be communicated more clearly.
