Pros
Friendly, qualified and great people in Mountain View office especially in the Finance team. Most employees are very helpful. Both CEO and CFO are very approachable and focus on the growth and development of the company as a whole. Health benefits and ESPP are awesome.
Cons
No frills and over the top facilities like the other tech companies but I would rather take that over the politics and drama that happens in the finance teams of these hi-tech co. (experience from working as a consultant in several top bay area hi-tech co.). HR department is sleepy and non-existent and needs major changes. More age-diverse staff would be a plus in all major functions.
