Some areas keep people who are poor performers. Divisions don't go out of their way to help each other out. The job is an at will employment which gives you the fear of loosing your job at any moment for any reason.

The worst. So fake. So many ego's. Terrible environment. There is so much better going on out there in the robotics world right now where you are treated so much better. I was there long enough to literally be disgusted with what I saw. Need to get their act together. Bunch of lies right in same meetings were people know it. Pay attention to facial expressions. It's terrible. I was not the first nor will the last to go.
