      Pros

      India team has a startup like work culture which is great. Challenging work where you learn a lot by building the next No Code, Low code Platform from scratch. Lots to learn every day from peers with the technology built on the latest stack. Every quarter we are given the opportunity to pick up a new training, learn and up skill ourself which is great. Every quarter we also go out have a fun outing/party with the whole team as well.

      Cons

      Stock performance could have been better but those things hardly anyone controls.

      Pros

      mostly nice colleagues and work environment, nothing outstanding though.

      Cons

      management out of touch, too many products, no where near enough skilled and knowledgeable staff, no training, poor team environment. US based so everything slow to process. let people go when the share price drops - lack of long term vision.
