      Pay is good Company gives you everything you need to work from home

      Cons

      Hired a large group of people than 4 months later the company laid them all off The executives and upper management does not care about the lower level employees.

      It was a great company but I believe they grew too quick and have far too many managers all across the board.

      Pros

      The specialists and consultants that are left are some of the best to work with and will go out of their way to help with anything. The sales directors that come from Omnicare are great to work with and often times more helpful than any managers.

      Cons

      Managers do not go to bat for when they know your killing it everyday. They let go of too many key players and now everyone left is working 2-3 people’s jobs if not more. The salary range for both a Specialist and Consultant are salary’s worse then 2012 when I first stepped into a consulting role. None of the cross functional teams seem to communicate. A company this size should have enough team members to allow road warriors a min of 1 work from home week every 7-8 weeks unless you don’t mind but it should be an option. Mavenlink is the absolute worst.

      No room for growth Management discriminates against minorities Every 3 years they layoff the good employees, hardly a handful of employees reach retirement age with the company, they don't give employees a chance to retire with them They no longer are a customer focused organization, the company has become a revenue driven business, all management care is sell whatever possible to hospitals to make the quarterly numbers
