      Meh: fast growth, great people, poor budgeting, apathetic C-suite

      Pros

      The people are great. They value research for the sake of learning and improving.

      Cons

      Completely non-matrixed environment for project managers. Everyone from low-level workers to senior management is overworked and under-resourced by C-level suite. C-level suite is at best frugal and risk averse and at worst fiscally incompetent and lazy.

      Pros

      Great mission, wonderful people to work with, my direct manager is great in terms of development and career growth opportunities. Lots of recent and difficult changes and transitions for the org but I have confidence Omnicell is moving in the right direction. They have done a great job recently of communicating organizational strategy and direction.

      Cons

      There are areas of opportunity around our leadership abilities. Still some "old-school" mentalities. Would love to see more embedded DEIB efforts, not just check to box options.
