      Pros

      People were very friendly and easily approachable. The culture was very relaxed, but when you have to meet deadlines, there are long work days.

      Cons

      Often times, there would be team conflicts. This would put you in a very difficult situation if you are in the middle of it.

      Ok company to work for. Has a lot of potential for growth if Sr. Mgmt/Executive Staff will stick with one plan.

      Pros

      Flexibility to work from remote when needed, high-tech. Plenty of opportunities for online training. Keeps its employees well informed of the company's quarterly financial performance.

      Cons

      High Turn over, marginal salary increases. Sr. Mgmt/Executives constantly changing direction with company's focus on new products and product enhancements.

      Pros

      Worked for them for 7 1/2 years until after COVID, and no one came back to the office. Only 4 people remained in the office, shipping, and IT. After the owners sold them the building, Omnicell canceled the lease and was told that the lease would end in August 2022. I saw it coming after COVID, and no one was in the building. No offer to find other positions in the company. They do cuts all the time when stock prices go down, which is a sign of trouble ahead. Bad MGMT to many Top Dogs

      I'm overworked and underpaid, and I plan to work off the clock at times.
