Having regular members come in and getting to know them.

Cons

The management team have biases about people that work for them. Stressful environment and gossiping employees due to high competition to please management team. Pays too low, for the work you are doing.

Good environment for growth. Management is helpful and supportive

Cons

Lazy managers, mid level management is completely removed from what working at a branch is like. Work life balance is very poor. Schedules are never out on time.
