Pros

I generally would say health benefits, PTO, 401k match but these things are pretty standard in the banking/credit union world. In the beginning I would say that OnPoint was the best place to work. But like every relationship over the years true colors were shown. When a credit union is run by past Bank of America executives, managers and staff it creates more of a bank culture then a credit union one. OnPoint has taken the mold and fit in it with out any regards to what it has done to there staff and member service. Stop bragging about how big you are and get back to your roots of caring about people.

Low pay, lies, double standards, little to no support, no work life balance

OnPoint seeks to provide a total compensation package which includes competitive base pay (our starting base salary was increased to $15 per hour in 2018), incentive opportunities, amazing benefits, PTO, volunteer time, paid holidays, accelerated retail training, development plans, job shadowing, tuition reimbursement, and so much more. We thoughtfully crafted this package to provide for many of the needs of our diverse group of employees. It's true that we're proud of the growth that we've experienced.
