      Pros

      It's a great financial institution to work for because it's a credit union and the employees matter. You feel like you have a voice and it really is community feeling in the workplace as well.

      Cons

      Since it's a credit union most people stay in their jobs for a long time so it's hard to find openings if you are trying to move up and get promoted. You have to be patient and put in your time.

      Pros

      - Direct supervisor was a great gal, really easy to work with and open-minded. - Training & Development was on top of updates.

      Cons

      - Upper management not open to new ideas and thinking outside the box - The mission statement is just posters in the hallway, they do help their customers, but the teamwork part is just a poster in the wall. There is no camaraderie in the customer service team. - Their launch of the "new and improved" online banking was a disaster.

      Fantastic medical, dental and vision benefits! Tuition reimbursement (for undergraduate) Vacation time - new full time employees start with 120 hours

      Salaries are not as competitive as they could be Limited career growth opportunities Vacation and sick time are combined
