OnShift is an excellent company to work for! I am presented with new and exciting opportunities and feel that my work is meaningful and worthwhile. It means a great deal to work for a company that not only values your opinion, but actively seeks it out. Every individual here actively contributes to the success of the company making it a supportive, productive and fun work environment. I have and would continue to recommend individuals to join this impressive team.

I have so many great things to say about OnShift. I continue to grow every day...I am given chances to take on new and exciting opportunities and challenges. Though at times we move extremely fast, I still feel my work is meaningful and ultimately contributes to the success and continued growth of OnShift. I love the culture and the people I work with! I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for a new opportunity!

Cons

Because we're growing and moving quickly, some things seem to fall through the cracks...nothing that concerns me, though. Other reviews have mentioned a work from home policy and although I don't think it's something that should happen everyday, it would be nice to have the option.
