Very complex product for non tech savys which make it difficult to sell and a lot of meetings.

- Lack of internal career advancement opportunities for entry and lower level employees leading to continuous turnover - Fair amount of instances where key contributors are taking on the work of multiple people, which could lead to burnout (this is a common occurrence across tech at the moment as companies try to balance fiscal responsibility and organizational strategy) - Company culture and values could be better defined and enforced (i.e., how should we be perceived internally and externally)
