Would like to get a direct feedback with more details and get an opportunity to improve the experience for our current and future employees. Also we would like to believe that our employees who chose to stay with us for more than 3 years did have a reason to commit these many years and hopefully have seen a lot of good times as we scaled the business to serve thousands of cancer patients. Hi - Thanks for your feedback. We are focused on providing the best care to our patients and unfortunately, there have a been a couple of departures in the care management team last quarter to improve the quality and standard that we offer to each of our patients. As you can appreciate, there can be no compromise on that front as our customers are already going through a tough time and we want to do everything in our capacity to help them. There are some factual inaccuracies here and wanted to clarify that we did lay-off a couple of folks in the care management team in October 2021 because of underperformance after giving adequate warnings. But there were no further lay-offs after that. Again, we are sorry this was not a good fit for you.
