Pros

Oncourse has a genuinely supportive culture, strong leadership, and a team that actually collaborates. The work is meaningful, the expectations are clear, and the environment encourages learning and growth. Huge shout-out to Becky Felber, whose communication and guidance during the hiring process were outstanding. She represented the company perfectly.

Cons

Like any fast-moving environment, priorities can shift quickly, but communication helps keep things on track.

Pros

I started with the company in 2001 and truly enjoyed my role, the people, and the overall atmosphere. After seven successful years, I pursued another opportunity, believing the grass might be greener elsewhere. A few years and several jobs later, I was fortunate—and grateful—to find an opportunity to return. Sometimes it takes stepping away to realize how great something truly is. I’m thankful to be back and enjoy coming to work each day alongside such wonderful colleagues.

Cons

During peak season, the workload rises and the role becomes more demanding, but our team works in sync to ensure our customers are well taken care of.

We appreciate your note on peak season; while it can be demanding, we’re committed to supporting our teams and keeping collaboration strong so customers receive the best care. Your encouragement to “keep doing what you are doing” is appreciated. We’ll continue listening and building on what makes this a great place to work.

Pros

My co-workers were helpful and caring. Some managers were also. To see the growth of the company was good.

Cons

When paychecks are cut in half for one mistake it shows the company don’t care about people. I have not received my last commission check from October. I feel already forgotten and no one cared in the 1st place. I have not been gone a month and no one bothered to check my stats for my Commission check. That should have been done the day I announced my retirement. I gave 2weeks notice.
