Pros

Rewarding, high paced environment. Many opportunities for professional growth and development. Leadership open to new ideas and always looking for ways to improve. Good benefits and generous PTO.

Cons

Commute from Chicago to Naperville is not fun. While I personally strive with a busy workload and have great leaders (both direct and above), the pace could not be for everyone or be heavily influenced by who they report to.

Pros

Very friendly and employee centered environment. Care about their employees and their development. It's a growing company and there is never a dull moment and there are always new projects and excitement. Very fast paced environment. Still carrying two work from home days a week which is very beneficial for my busy personal life schedule.

Cons

Teams can be somewhat siloed but the company is making progress and effort on making sure teams are connected so turning a con into a pro of team connected centered company.
