Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are surprised by your impression that several directors at Cask have never actually worked in the consulting space before coming to Cask. In fact, those with director titles at Cask all have consulting backgrounds (collectively over a century of consulting experience) on top of significant domain experience which enables them to genuinely understand the needs of our clients. As a mid-sized company, we do not have many layers of management which allows for more direct collaboration and we see significant coordination among and between teams. We have been working hard to reinforce our engagement management organization (EMO) with the best tools and training to support our rapid growth. We have made significant progress in the collaboration between EMO, Resource Management, Sales, and Delivery (including our practices) to more efficiently and effectively scope and staff projects. We are working on learning and iteratively improving every day to give our employees the best experience possible, and we will incorporate your feedback into understanding how we can do better. If you’d like to provide more information, detail on what you’d like to see done differently, or additional suggestions please use our internal feedback mechanism Officevibe. We find this tool to be very informative and helps us consider ongoing improvements. Comments in Officevibe are reviewed frequently by leadership and Mark Larsen, our CEO, reviews all of them personally.
