      Everyone is focused on customer success. There is an outstanding culture that values people, capability, and delivery. You work with some excellent people.

      None really. There are the normal smaller company things but that is the same everywhere.

      Cask is an incredible company. Focusing on their employees as much as the customer. Employees have a regular communication to enable their opinions, thoughts and concerns to be heard. Cask encourages open communication in the organization. The customer focus is on lasting success and is a driving force for growth. If the customer succeeds then we all succeed!

      Cask is a highly adaptable consulting company, which means things change frequently and very regularly. Working with so many different clients brings with it a unique set of challenges. If you are up for the challenge it is a great company that encourages learning and personal growth.

      The President cares deeply about employees and customers. He has an open door policy to talk with any employee. He communicates to the whole company on a weekly basis. The people who work here are professional and hard working. They care deeply about our customers but also like to have fun.
