Managers and team leaders value every Cooper's input - from their senior members, to their interns. I believe that when employees feel valued, they embrace an ethos that everyone is valuable to Cask's success. When someone posts a Cask Win to Happeo, it feels like I have a genuine stake in that win, even if it's a project I had nothing to do with. This is the first time I've worked at a company where I didn't feel like people were protecting themselves from internal competition. Coopers genuinely seem to value one another.
