Cask is a great smaller consulting group that truly cares about all workers. Leadership is very transparent with the state of the company. They share financials and company direction quarterly. Leadership cares about the input of everyone in the company no matter what your position. It truly feels more like a family than a workforce. You are encouraged to grow your skills and within your career. Cask will support you in reaching any certifications you need/want for your job.

Cons

There have been a few re-orgs as the company grows and evaluates how to handle more employees and making sure customers are happy. You cannot hide in a small company. You are not just a number here.
