What direction are we going today?

Pros

Decent pay, some flexibility in work schedule

Cons

Direction is virtually non-existent. Upper management is obsessed with micro-managing everything including many things that they do not understand and won't spend any money to make things better. HR and payroll are a cluster with new issues almost every week. Work life balance means they give lip service and then talk about you if you don't put in 80 hours. Steer clear of this one, and the positive reviews are almost all just stake holders trying to make themselves look better.

Pros

Professional but fun. Collaborative. Growing. Great Management

Cons

Sometimes it's hard to stay plugged in with coworkers when you are remote and busy with projects.

Pros

- People - Small size / closer nit group - Challenging work / cross-functional work - Relo / quarterly bonuses / free healthcare / internet comp / mobile comp - Work remotely, travel

Cons

- Healthcare benefits could be better but I don't pay monthly so can't complain! - Could probably get paid more but wouldn't trade my happiness
