      Remote job, uses slack but that's it

      Cons

      Casks related company and its founder have been indicted for a government bribery scheme. Cask has had multiple rounds of layoffs. Cask doesn't care about its top talent. Cask does not pay bonuses timely. Months late. Cask also changed its bonus program to be extremely convoluted and shady.

      Pros

      Employees who love what they do and are amazing at doing it. Owner is open and honest with where we are and where we are going. We get to work with large enterprise customers and do work that makes a difference.
