Pros

Training was very helpful, very informative- hands on before you hit the floor. Had a great trainer, Mage sure we were informed but still had a great time!

Cons

They make you believe it's a great opportunity. However they extremely lack communication. They will let you go at the drop of a hat, no matter how great your work ethics are. There were so many people in my training class coming late, missing days, leaving early. I had an emergency with my child one time, and arrived late. My supervisor had no problem telling me she had a child of her own and it was no problem! I Offered discharge papers/ hospital note she insisted it was fine. Even complimented me on my work ethic that day. FIRED me at the end of my shift through my recruiter. It just so happens that certain races get away with a lot more than others! The next day I was informed by ex-co workers she was making jokes to others sups about how she let me go. Not professional at all! If anyone else was mistreated this way I would look into pursuing unlawful termination lawsuit as well!
