Pros

Good market to work in and good experience gained. Pay was good for the area as well. Overall good opportunity

Cons

Not much advancement opportunity. Many in upper management scrambling to be on top at any cost. General disconnect from workers.

Pros

Flexible shift options, good health and dental insurance, and 401k perks. Jacksonville office is a beautiful location overlooking downtown and has a riverside view.

Cons

It is easy to get discouraged when dedicating much time and work and no acknowledgement or leads to advancement from upper level management. Workers are not positively reinforced as much as they should be when deserving.

Pros

Fellow workers who try to do the right thing and take care of the patients. Nice office location on the river in the Aetna Building.

Cons

The company is going through growing pains and still has managers/supervisors who have been promoted from within the company and are clueless about their responsibilities. The IT enhancements do not serve the home health side of the business and the systems do not promote 'care management'.
