Pros

I have been with the company for quite a while and have seen many changes. They have really been working hard on improving the culture and promoting inclusivity.

Cons

Being understaffed. I understand that there is always going to be a budget, but how can you expect people to meet their KPI’s if you still need heads even if you are “fully staffed” Being underpaid for the amount of work you do. Required to work as 2 people, but paid as 1. Also, the time keeping system, work force management, is a joke. If you’re on an a call and log out for your break late, that goes against you.
