Pros

Depending on the department can be great to work for, annual pay increases are never small, good benefits, paid holidays, no weekends

Cons

Some management can be belittling, rude, and undermining. Promotions happen based on length of employment rather than work performance in certain departments, they turn a blind eye to obvious harassment
