Pros

Great opportunities for career growth Fair wages There have been some improvement in the middle management hiring and appears to be helping with acquisition & consolidation efforts.

Cons

A bit of a cultural disconnect in the company due to many mergers and acquisitions over many years where efforts to unify does not feel like it is fully supported from executive management. This leaves many employees wondering when or if their office is going to close thus killing morale in certain locations. Management turnover seems high (more morale issues). Career growth is centralized around the headquarters office so if you want the next opportunity you may need to consider moving from the support offices to the HQ office.
