Pros

FMLA, Unexpected Leave, - Trust worthy direct supervisor, - Gives chances to those who actually want it, -no tolerance for harassment, -Easy, - starting pay( when i started i was making 10 an hour working 3 jobs service industry jobs or ran my own business. This was my first office job and they gave me a chance. At 15 an hour, before they raised their minimum pay.)

Cons

-Upper management- every 2 years perform massive lay offs(generally those who do not meet requirements), - Co-workers- Many people think it's a bad job that doesn't take of them but generally it's the people who can't wont do what they ask. People talk about quitting and leaving which puts you in a bad head space about the company. -It's an easy job. -Lack of increased pay Started at 15 went to 18 going on 4 years and being promoted 4 leavels higher, and considered for supervisor. -lack of job security ( why i left)

Pros

None... I honestly can’t think of one. A paycheck? Currently looking for new job.

Cons

This company has gone way downhill in the last few years. You are slammed with work and constantly are getting told you’re not doing it fast enough, but you can’t get to your own work because you are getting incoming calls alllll day, seconds apart. You have urgent emails coming in but you can’t get to them, and then get in trouble. If you have concerns and you voice them, you get told “just do your best”. You are extremely micro managed as well. You pretty much have to be logged on to your phone at all times. If you go to the bathroom, you have to take personal time on your phone but that gets docked from your scheduling adherence which gets brought up in your monthly review. The turnover is extremely high but apparently management doesn’t get the hint why.
