Great place to establish your customer service skills and gather additional certification. Great place to move up as executive leadership is always looking to hire from within.

Cons

Budget cuts in order to meet certain goals which then can exposes our weaknesses due to lack of bandwidth.

Pros

I did not have experience in the workers' compensation field right out of college and they decided to give me a chance. They will work with you and provide all necessary training ongoing to help you be successful at your job. There is room for advancement as well for those of you that are looking for career advancement.
