Pros

Certain members of the leadership are AMAZING. The people would be my #1 "pro." Pay is decent. I get overtime pretty often, too. They certainly have the resources to afford whoever they want! Also, very open when it comes to working remotely; a good portion of the employees work from home at least some of the time if not exclusively. It's a huge company so depending on what department and office you're in your experience can be incredibly different.

Cons

Always changing staff, reorganizing, etc. You never REALLY feel like your job is totally secure. Even when it comes to benefits! They seem to change insurance carriers every year (and usually not for the better).
