Pros

I love this job but will admit it is not for everyone! I work in home health. This is case management period. You have multiple claimants you staff, follow, update carriers, restaff, put out fires, billing, schedule all other services (dr appts, transportation, translation, outpatient, DME) I mean you do everything from start to finish. Some files are a week some a month and a lot are years. It’s hard work but worth it!

Cons

They really don’t pay enough for the jobs you do. Company is changing and growing and some people cannot deal with the constant changes.

Nice place to work with great people.

Cons

If you are hired in house and apply to new position for advancement they low ball your salary.

Pros

Slowly, but surely, some very good leaders are being inserted into key roles, which should help to improve existing challenges.

Cons

Many weak leaders, some at high levels of the company. Customer service issues have some large clients disgruntled. IT systems are a challenge to maintain. Company is owned by venture capitalists making future plans uncertain.
