Pros

This company gave me a doorway to move forward elsewhere; get my foot in the business. Healthcare benefits were affordable.

Cons

I truly felt that I could never work enough while there. I could master a goal only to get 3 more added to the list. Realized that I was working about 55 hours a week and was likely not going to advance without a degree, but didn't have time to get a degree with the workload. They pursue their non-compete offenders with a vengeance.

Pros

Flex schedule. Paid holidays. Nice co-workers. Drink machines. Food machines. Restaurants near by.

Cons

Terrible management...cliques. Problems just get swept up under the rug. Nothing is addressed. Company was much better off without onecall. Bring back the real Align.

Pros

Awesome place to work for!! Great benefits, great management, good pay. Bagels every Friday. Meetings once a month that discussed goals being met and recognized employees for good work.

Cons

Employees were not allowed to take an unpaid day off. Could only take time off if they had PTO available.
