Nice People, Nice corner of the healthcare industry (Workers Compensation)

Cons

Lost the entrepreneurial culture, flair and heartbeat that formed the success of each of the member companies (that were swallowed up to form One Call Care as it's now known)

Pros

Flexible and reasonable environment. I believe the majority of employees feel entitled to more benefits which might result in poor reviews of the company.

Cons

I believe the reason the employees are being overworked is due to poor management styles. Employees are not held to the same standards or accountability which results in others cleaning up the mess.
