Pros

Awesome place to work for!! Great benefits, great management, good pay. Bagels every Friday. Meetings once a month that discussed goals being met and recognized employees for good work.

Cons

Employees were not allowed to take an unpaid day off. Could only take time off if they had PTO available.

Wish we had overtime to compensate for low wages. Need to offer incentives

The company has great ideas with room for the company to grow in many ways. More and more positions are being created.

Cons

Some employees need more compensation once employee start to grow in their position. More recognition when the employees are handle a diffcult task.
