Pros

FMLA, Unexpected Leave, - Trust worthy direct supervisor, - Gives chances to those who actually want it, -no tolerance for harassment, -Easy, - starting pay( when i started i was making 10 an hour working 3 jobs service industry jobs or ran my own business. This was my first office job and they gave me a chance. At 15 an hour, before they raised their minimum pay.)

Cons

-Upper management- every 2 years perform massive lay offs(generally those who do not meet requirements), - Co-workers- Many people think it's a bad job that doesn't take of them but generally it's the people who can't wont do what they ask. People talk about quitting and leaving which puts you in a bad head space about the company. -It's an easy job. -Lack of increased pay Started at 15 went to 18 going on 4 years and being promoted 4 leavels higher, and considered for supervisor. -lack of job security ( why i left)

Pros

4x10 shifts. I was promoted within approximately two months from a phone agent to an authorization specialist. I really enjoyed working here. Really nice team. On site gym was included as a benefit. Beautiful building with a couple of cafes; located on the Riverwalk, which was nice for lunch breaks. Bob Peters was a great leader (I think he's since left the company).

Cons

I probably would've stayed if the pay was higher.
