Unraveling at the seams

Pros

Not many left to mention. This used to be a wonderful company...now all perks have been stripped down, even to taking away bagels on Friday (huge cost savings there I'm sure), and the employees that once truly loved their jobs and dedicated themselves to excellence have become completely demoralized.

Cons

Decisions have been made with the interest of shareholders, not the business itself. Too many poorly executed M & A has taken place and best practices have been overlooked due to ego. Performers are not recognized or valued, and most are looking elsewhere. Management has been stripped of resources and the ability to make smart decisions. There is a complete lack of communication from Corporate, but make no mistake, the direction of the company is very transparent to the employees. We have been set up to fail by our "leaders" and that's exactly what's occurring. It's sad to watch something that was once so successful and a joy to be a part of go downhill so quickly. Infrastructure will collapse within a year or less if major changes are not made.

Was good but got too big

Pros

They tried to do nice things for employees but those are slowly slipping away as well

Cons

When the company was Align Networks it was much better. Since the transition to OCCM it has been worse. Most people don't care, their claims team is a joke and team leads who work a regular shift barely make as much a large new reps who work a late shift

Pros

Great experience. Culture already in place was great.

Cons

Business is constantly being grown for highest executives benefit while lowest levels are constantly required to fix poorly planned mergers. Employees suffer with less and less reward for increased workloads, changed duties, unclear direction. Will be entirely outsourced eventually.
