      -Promote from within -Company has grown tremendously over the past few years and continues to grow -Many office locations and opportunities for advancement

      Cons

      Company has grown so large, so fast that the integration of all the business units has not been able to keep up.

      Switching Dept. And the outcome

      Pros

      Absolutely loved the fast past atmosphere and a lot of my co-workers. I originally started in the intake Dept which is great to start with before moving to another Dept. Pay is decent. They do team builders to get the Dept motivated. Those are fun if you enjoy your coworkers and want to know them better.

      Cons

      There is a lot of clicks including in management. If you do decide to switch to another Dept. And are very knowledgeable you still get questioned frequently about why you did something or they have to follow up on the protocol. ( even though you we're just in that Dept and know the procedures). Lack of dept. Protocols between depts.

      Great people, motivating management teams, positive working environment, promotion from within, work/life balance, great compensation and benefits, lots of employee appreciation events, etc.

      Cons

      In my experience, there have not been any Cons.
