Pros

Loved supporting my particular group of managers with reporting until the 3rd boss. He was such a dud it ruined the experience. Onecall at the time I worked there was being run for the sole purpose of trying to make it look good for a 3rd party buyer so the investment firm that purchased it could get out of the bad decision it made purchasing OC.

Townhall meetings that were complete BS

Pros

The people I worked with were fantastic and they try to truly live up to the ethos of the company. 100% remote work is also a plus.

Cons

The organizational instability at the leadership level and the corresponding lack of direction can be frustrating.
