Great Place to Work

Pros

One Call has gone through some tough years in the past. Recent changes in leadership have resulted in a new focus on people and culture. That is taking some time to get all the way to the bottom of the organization, but it's noticed. The leaders a really trying to do what's right and invest in us and tell us what's going on.

Cons

100% remote can make finding things harder, but being WFH is worth it!

Pros

Some areas allow you to work from home.

Cons

It’s a fast-paced call center. If you are in a scheduling or intake department you must be able to multitask and meet unrealistic productivity goals while being micromanaged on every aspect of your workday. If they tell you that you will be “laterally transferred due to business needs” that means you get to keep your pay but you will be placed wherever they need people which is usually a demotion back to square 1, on the phones, in scheduling. There is always a shortage of people in operations. It is also incredibly hard to take time off due to the limited availability of hours allowed per team.
