No Progression

Pros

Lots of opportunities to gain experience across functions and departments

Cons

No career progression opportunities. Any time someone in a senior role leaves they just divide the work over the remaining people—so nobody has the opportunity to be promoted into the role...and everyone ends up with more than one person’s worth of work.

Pros

Good experience They try to show employee appreciation

Cons

Low pay for heavy workload. No incentive for promotion Barely any community involvement for employees to participate in. Micromanaged Managers only concerned with making themselves look good not about the wellbeing of their employees If you’re a good worker when you try to post out, supervisors will watch you under a microscope waiting for you to mess up to put you on corrective action so you can’t
