Pros

The pay is decent, and after 3-6 months you get a raise. I went from being a scheduling coordinator to a referral coordinator and it was a nice change.

Cons

They promised promotions for their employees who I’ve been there over a year, then pushed them off because the company went broke trying to train the new hires. Half of the new hires didn’t stay long. It’s like you’re walking on eggshells with management trying to even get a promotion. QA requirements change constantly.

Pros

No weekends - Monday to Friday

Cons

They pay low for all the work you get to do They monitor everything you do.. even if you want to go to bathroom you would have to wait til your break otherwise you get Mark down for taking personal time... It's terrible. Managers are very micro managing and they feel superior than you. They truly don't care much for the employee only you do the work non stop
