Pros

Monday to Friday schedules and closing time of 5:30 pm.

Cons

Leadership? What leadership?? Company takes on more than it can handle and employees are extremely stressed out. There is no room for growth.

Pros

You are working from home. Once I received my offer letter for my current position, I simply sent my Supervisor an email. Resigning, Effective Immediately!!

Cons

Poor Training- Spent most of training learning tasks not related to your day to day job. You are on your own. You can ask questions in Teams and hope that someone will answer you... Not Fairly Compensated for the amount of work that you will be doing and stress you have to deal with. Unrealistic Scheduling and Adherence Goals-There were so many road blocks and hoops to jump through just to schedule a patient. Daily system issues- Most of these issues they will try to blame you for, even if your internet speed test numbers are on point. Micromanaging-From managers that don't know what they're doing. Once I had a call and my quality was 100% (QA for the week), management pulled this perfect call and still tried to advise me of a better way I could've handled the call. I was so confused and this was the last straw. Hard to take PTO. Even in advance. You miss a day or leave early (for appts) you will get an occurrence. Benefits were RIDICULOUS and expensive! High Turnover.

Awful and redundant with no organization

Pros

The satellite office Spreemo, has most of the original employees that were there before one call took over.

Cons

Everything. Managers don't do any work but are able to tell you that you should be able to meet this and that KPI. A lot of favoritism and office politics involved.
