Pros

They paid on time. Five words.

Cons

Low pay, skimpy benefits, no sick leave, old moldy building, dangerous commute. Old time employees attack new smarter employees to protect their crummy job. Company is owned by a private equity firm in London that squeezes every drop out of the workers. Workers are never rewarded for initiative or accomplishments. Senior mgt gets little bonuses, the big bucks to go London.
