Pros

The organization held several Employee Appreciation events which helped break the silos built by being separated into the individual departments. The training provided and learning of the company history was also very through during the first week.

Cons

When employees were hired into Supervisor or Management roles, not training was provided - and it was obvious. Managers would chat in the offices for "meetings" and follow it with a 2 hour lunch break. The work itself was not bad, but the lack of ownership in Management responsibilities will definitely make any employee driving to be better, feel defeated. 4 years later, the same managers are in those roles and the environment has not changed.

Pros

Great benefits Fulfilling job roles Room for growth and advancement

Cons

Sometimes management are not aware of day to day employee job duties and thus business meetings do not help employees in their work. Company still trying to figure out what the culture specifically is.
