Pros

Overtime was almost unlimited, received occasional company swag (like a free Fitbit among other things).

Cons

One Call bought out the company I was working for called Align Networks, the more we integrated into the One Call company, the more our culture went downhill. Not a lot of room for growth. Downsizing. Poor management.

Pros

Great pay and benefits. The training and the people there were good. Company gave out a lot of incentives..

Cons

There is no job stability. Just as easily as you got in you and get out. Slight mistakes are quickly written up and there is a standard quota that you had to achieve and if you couldn't make it then you were also let go.
