      Pros

      Good people, good atmosphere, not sressful.

      Cons

      Promotions, bonuses, etc, eh. Not the best. You can get lost in the weeds if you don't watch out.

      Good pay and benefits are fine.

      Cons

      Everything is broken. Worst job I had in life. No work life balance: it is 100% work. Being exempt they made me work 65-75 hrs a week with no days off or pto over last 6 months. There is no regard to decency, just pure 100% slave exploitation to the death.
