      Pros

      Amazing PTO and benefits. We are provided opportunities for growth of our skills and knowledge. It's challenging work but enjoyable as it is never dull!

      Cons

      There are often times we don't have the proper tools needed to do our day to day work. This causes more manual processes that take up unnecessary time.

      Pros

      Benefits are great and the schedule is mostly regular. Occasional voluntary time off and paid holidays. No weekends except occasional Saturday overtime. Job is very easy to perform.

      Cons

      They focus heavily on their new team members instead of their tenured employees, communication is hit and miss, will promise promotion opportunities but never fulfill, and have opted to hire external members of the team instead of promoting within.

      Pros

      Awesome company. Great leadership. I truly enjoy working with my coworkers everyday.

      Cons

      The remote work has its challenges but the company makes a significant effort to schedule recurring offsites.

      Thank you for the great review! We continue to create a great WFH and in office environment and schedule offsites for groups of employees! We recently had holiday parties at Atlanta, Folsom, Knoxville and Puerta Vallarta. We care and look to create a better environment for employees and clients alike. Ian
