      Pros

      This is a great place to work! I love the company, the culture and where we are headed! It's easy to see how your role makes an impact on the broader organization. There is great visibility and transparency because we don't have many layers. It's easy to connect with our leaders and you feel supported. The energy is strong and people are passionate about the transformation we are making in the industry. Great people doing great work for our industry! Also, the benefits are strong. I love the remote environment and still feel very connected to my colleagues.

      Cons

      We work in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Most roles are very hands on. If you like to be close to the action and where the work is happening daily this is your place!

      This may be the most descriptive review I have seen yet. We are largely flat and encourage very high visibility into our strategy, opportunities and challenges. We are supportive of employees and provide equity across the board. That said, we expect a lot from each other and it is very highly paced. You make a difference every day.       One Inc is innovative, collaborative and committed to fostering a positive work environment.

      Cons

      We are moving really fast, growth is through the roof! This is amazing and really exciting to be a part of, but sometimes it's hard to keep up with all the changes and operationalizing them fast enough.

      Pros

      One Inc has the best group of people, and although we are mostly remote, you can still get an understanding of our culture from the team activities and meetings. The management team listens and cares about their employees which I think is important for any organization.
