      Pros

      One Inc has been a phenomenal company to work for over the past few years. I've never worked for a company with technology and services that have such an immediate and profound impact on customers - we are leaving our competitors in the dust. One Inc is literally changing the digital experience within the insurance industry and allowing our insurance customers to create a superior payment experience and realize a tremendous return on their investment. They sky is the limit!

      Pros

      A great sales process developed for a great technology. Support from across the organization run accomplishing goals and success. I have never been in another sales organization that truly had your back and was committed to your success on the team.

      Cons

      As a fast growing company, there are some speed bumps, but nothing of note.

      Fast paced Fintech for the insurance industry

      Pros

      1) One of the top insurance payments providers and voted best in class 2) Ever growing clientele 3) Great partners in the insurance and payments industry 4) Ability to work on innovative ideas in insurance and payments 5) People make this place awesome.The company looks for candidates who are go getters and team players . Working teams are highly collaborative and supportive of each other. 6) Sky's the limit for where this company can go.

      Cons

      1) With all of the new clients to be onboarded, there are too many shifting priorities. It can get difficult to handle if you are not good at time management and priority juggling 2) Some of the stuff you work on can be complex. You have to be a learner with a can-do attitude .

      Wow, this a a great review- really on point. One Inc is truly all about “go getters and team players.” Collaboration is why we are here. Yes, we do have many new clients due to market need and fit and as a result are streamlining our implementation approach and product set for future sales. Completely true, simplifying complex, leading edge payment use cases and digitizing insurance use cases that have never been addressed before is complex. Puzzle lovers will love our product team.
